KENDAL police have issued details of road closures for Friday’s Torchlight Carnival.
Roads in the town centre will be closed from 6:30pm, with diversionary routes signposted.
They include: Natland Road, Burton Road, Romney Road, Lound Road, Aynam Road, New Road, Blackhall Road, Stramongate, Wildman Street, Beezon Road, Station Road, Sandes Avenue, Stricklandgate, Highgate, Allhallows Lane, Gillinggate, Kirkland, and Milnthorpe Road.
