Blogging chef issues breakfast challenge

Nick of Thyme Martin, the chef blogging on the Westmorland Gazette website, is issuing a breakfast challenge.
Nick Martin, who has turned his blog focus to breakfasts over the last couple of weeks, wants readers to try his special breakfast menu for the week of October 2 - 9, and post comments on his blog about how they are doing.

"Hopefully you will be amazed by the energy you will have and how easy and simple it is to prepare," said Nick Martin.
"This is a great opportunity to try something new, interact with others, and should be great fun. I'm definitely in," said Web Editor, Kate Whiteside.
