SEARCH teams from the coastguard have this morning joined the effort to track down a missing Ulverston man.
Mark Westall, of North Lonsdale Road, Ulverston, has been missing since Monday morning.
Cumbria Police say the 44-year-old should have taken medication and his family are concerned for his welfare.
A witness came forward with a potential sighting of Mr Westall on Wednesday, boarding a bus from Barrow Town Hall.
However, he has not been seen since.
Today Liverpool coastguard will begin a search of the shorelines around Ulverston.
Mr Westall is described as white, 5’6 tall, with a stocky build. He has dark brown collar length wavy hair and was last seen wearing an orange jacket, light coloured sweatshirt and blue trousers.
