Woman assaulted in Windermere

WITNESSES are being sought after a woman was assaulted in Windermere in the early hours of Saturday morning.
The alleged incident took place at twenty past midnight in Lake Road, when a man pushed the woman over and carried on in the direction of Ellerthwaite Road.
Anyone with information should contact PC Thexton at Kendal Police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
