A new, one woman opera cabaret show - Opera Heroines -is touring Cumbria. Staged by soprano Dawn Furness, the Scottish Opera alumni’s 90 minute show includes some of the great operatic masterpieces by Puccini, Bizet, Mozart and more. The mini-tour started at Broughton Victory Hall and plays Burneside’s Bryce Institue tonight (Friday, 7.30pm) with more dates to come in July and August.
