VW Golf sought after Kendal collision

POLICE are trying to track the owner of a silver Volkswagen Golf after it allegedly 'clipped' a pedestrian in Highgate, Kendal.

The incident took place at 9.20am yesterday (Tuesday) and the pedestrian received minor injuries.

Anyone with information should contact PC Thexton on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.

Age and or model of the vehicle would be helpful - I could probably give you the names of several silver Golf drivers.

Detecting sarcasm not your strong point trevor? Seemingly that is what the article is asking for. A little more information might help people identify the driver to Police.

What is the point of this article being here if we are unable to know the facts. But then you could say the same about the whole website at the moment.

I'm guessing the alleged 'clipping' was at the lights - I'm absolutely fed up of people running across when the lights are on red for pedestrians. It was just a matter of time really.
