A KENDAL-based project which will integrate health and social care with voluntary organisations has received a slice of £500,000.
Cumbria Partnership NHS Foundation Trust awarded funding to 16 schemes, including the new South Lakes Gateway. The group will focus on vulnerable elderly and those with long-term conditions.
