Man who died in Windermere lake is named

THE body of a man found in Windermere lake has been identified.
Samuel Gilmour, 40, of Church Street, Windermere, was found by a member of the public at 7.19am on Monday.
Police and ambulance attended at the scene near Rayrigg Road but Mr Gilmour was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have said that there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death and a file has been passed to the coroner.
