WOODCLOSE Caravan Park, in Kirkby Lonsdale, has been named AA Regional Campsite of the Year 2014 for the North West, at a lunch held at the Aztec Hotel, in Bristol.
Park spokesman Stephen McAvoy said: “Woodclose Park has not just been a job for us over the last 10 years, but more of a way of life.”
The awards lunch also marked the official launch of the AA Caravan and Camping Guide, now in its 46th year.
