A LAW firm with offices in Kendal has added to its property team with a member of staff who will advise clients across Cumbria and Lancashire.
Amanda Marwood has joined Harrison Drury on its commercial property team, bringing specialist knowledge of property acquisitions and sales, commercial leases, security of tenure issues, conditional contracts, secured lending and development issues.
The Bolton-le-Sands resident also advises on high-net-worth residential property matters.
She said: “Harrison Drury is building a reputation across the region for its proactive and forward-thinking approach and the quality of its work. I’m looking forward to working with the team.”
Ms Marwood joins the firm as an associate after four years with Thomson Hayton Winkley. She previously worked for Temple Heelis.
John Chesworth, managing director of Harrison Drury, said: “This appointment further strengthens our commercial expertise in North Lancashire and South Lakes.”
