AN apprentice electrician has outperformed her male counterparts to scoop a award at the Lancaster and Morecambe College.
Carrie Gould, 19, who works at Kendal firm Draper Ltd Fire and Security, won the Outstanding 2nd year Apprentice Award for Electrical Installations.
The evening was sponsored and the award presented by Declan Murphy, of YESSS Electrical.
