SPECIALIST farming law firm The Rural Law Practice announced its merger last week with long established South Lakes Solicitors, Thomson Hayton Winkley.

This move is intended to expand the range of services which the combined firm is now able to provide to local farming and rural businesses.

Nigel Davis, founder of Rural Law Practice, and a nationally recognised expert in agricultural law, will remain as an active consultant with the merged firm.

The Agricultural department of Thomson Hayton Winkley will continue under the name of Rural Law Practice and will be based at its offices at the Rural Auction Centre at J36.
