A CUMBRIAN building society have appointed a new non-executive director.
Furness Building Society have welcomed Kim Rebecchi to their Board of Directors.
Kim has more than 25 years of experience in a highly regulated sector, having worked as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and as a sales and marketing director for Leeds Building Society.

Kim will be bringing with her a wealth of knowledge in the mortgage and savings markets, in part thanks to her postgraduate diploma in financial services.
"I am looking forward to working with my fellow directors and the executive team at the Furness," Kim said. "It is a strong independent and regional building society and is committed to remaining as such.”
The society's chairman, Colin Millar is pleased to welcome Kim to the role.
He said: "The Board is delighted to welcome Kim into the team, her experience and knowledge are indeed highly relevant to the society and will assist in driving the future of the Furness.”
