New Gazette blogger offers marketing tips online

THE Westmorland Gazette has a new website blogger, who aims to help small businesses with their marketing needs.
Jo Spencer, who heads up GAP PR and Marketing with colleague Polly Winder, has more than 15 years of experience in the field.
Every week she will be sharing her knowledge in the ‘Marketing Clinic’, with a different ‘how to’ theme for every blog.
She said: “I will be explaining to small businesses how they can market cheaply, for instance, by explaining the importance of websites.
“People don’t need to go to big companies for their marketing needs — they can do a lot for themselves.”
