The Marketing Clinic has been gradually been working through the ‘six Ps of marketing’ to ensure that you have in place all processes to enable an effective marketing programme for your business. This week, we look in further detail at the sixth and final P: Passion.

Passion is paramount when it comes to your business.

After all, if you’re not passionate about your product, who will be?

Without passion, your customers will lose interest and move on, and longterm, your company will not survive.

Research has shown that customers who love a product, service or brand are more loyal, purchase more of your products, are less price sensitive and are more likely to recommend you to family and friends, so taking the time to talk to them about what you have to offer, will make them feel passionate about your product too!

Passion about what you’re doing, for who you are, and where you’re going is extremely effective, so let your passion, enthusiasm and energy for the job you’re doing and the things you love shine through.

The key to effective marketing is confidence, so don’t be afraid to let others know what makes you and your product or service great, and why you’re the very best choice there is in a competitive market.
