CUMBRIA’S Police and Crime Commissioner Richard Rhodes will open the new community policing base at 72 Main Street, Sedbergh, on Monday (April 14).
The new facilities will allow the Community Policing Team to have a base in the heart of the community.
Members of the town’s Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) hope that the base will become Sedbergh’s focus for advice, assistance and resources.
