Our 'pack leader' showed us the notice on Scout Scar about not throwing poo bags into the trees (Gazette, November 26, 'Stink over dog poo').
We think it's a good idea because we don't like the smell. However can we bark another point of view?
Walking around Kendal Castle last week, we sniffed out six bottles of wine, a bottle of vodka, 12 bottles and cans of beer and lots of plastic bottles and sweetie papers.
Our reward was some pizza crusts hidden in large cardboard boxes. We helped carry all this to the nearby bin. Our poo disappears. This doesn't, we can cut our paws on it and end up at the vets.
This hurts and costs all our treat money. If we do the right thing by our poo, can two legged animals put their trash in the bin please?
