Best results at Appleby Grammar School

Head teacher at Appleby Grammar School Andrew Lund said he was delighted with this year's A Level results.
"Our A*-E pass rate has improved for the third consecutive year and 2012 top grades of A*-C are the best ever results at Appleby Grammar School."
Mr Lund particularly congratulated Sam Hutt, who achieved four A* grades and will take up a place at Oxford University to study Philosophy, Politics and Economics.
"Appleby Grammar School has a strong record of academic success at A Level over the years and we congratulate our 2012 students and wish them well as they embark on degree course and employment."
