THE Farmer Network has won funding from the Cumbria Business Growth Hub and Rural Growth Network to recruit two young people to work between a number of farmers in the northern Lake District.
For the first year, they will be employed by the Farmer Network and they will then be helped to become self-employed so they can offer their services as contractors.
