NORTH West Auctions has expanded its property and professional team in Lancaster with the recruitment of Katie Grieve as a trainee surveyor and land agent.
Katie, 22, from Gressingham, was a pupil at Queen Elizabeth School, Kirkby Lonsdale, and has just completed a four- year BSc in rural enterprise and land management at Harper Adams University.
NWA’s Lancaster team manager John Hughes said: “We are experiencing an ever- increasing volume and variety of work and are looking forward to Katie becoming a vital part of the team.
“She’s already a familiar face at the Lancaster livestock auctions, having attended sales from an early age with her granddad, John Harvey.”
The appointment is a new position created by NWA Property and Professional, who provide rural advice to farmers, tenants and landowners across the region.
