SHOPPERS are being warned to keep an eye on their belongings after a purse was stolen at a South Lakeland supermarket.
At about 12.30pm on Saturday, a dark green purse - containing cash and bank cards - was taken from a handbag in Booths at Ulverston.
Ulverston Police want to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident, and have also asked people to ensure they close bags and remain vigilant.
