Launderette could be new homes

PLANS to convert a former Ulverston launderette into two homes have been given the thumbs up.
Allan Stables has applied to South Lakeland District Council for planning permission to change the building next to Rascals Day Nursery in North Lonsdale Road.
At this evening's (Monday) town council meeting, town councillors agreed to approve the proposals to the district council.
