To mark the 200th anniversary of The Westmorland Gazette in 2018, we are publishing a photograph from our archives on our website every day this year.
Today's photograph shows a photograph of the track at Millbeck at the foot of the Langdale Pikes which appeared in the Gazette in May 1968, to help mark the newspaper's 150th anniversary by showing a scene which had not changed in all those years.
