To mark the 200th anniversary of The Westmorland Gazette in 2018, we are publishing a photograph from our archives on our website every day this year.
Today's photograph shows the start of The Westmorland Gazette print run by rotary machine manager Mr R. Stewart in 1968. At the time he had been with the firm for nearly 40 years.
