MOTORING enthusiasts are invited to celebrate all forms of motorsport this weekend at a special open day near Kendal.
The event has been organised by the Kirkby Lonsdale Motor Club and will see a range of impressive vehicles on display throughout the day.
Members of the club will also be at hand to provide help and advice to those interested in taking up motorsports, as well as enlightening them as to the history and exciting features of the vehicles on show.

Event organiser, Paul Whitelock, said: "DVDs and Videos will be playing throughout the day and we will also have our club Scrutineer doing a practical demonstration of the rigorous event safety and technical checks."
The event takes place tomorrow (Sunday) between 12noon and 5pm at the Heaves Hotel and entry is free.
A raffle will also be held of goods and services relating to motorsport and all proceeds will go to the Emergency Mobile Medical Unit.
