RECYCLING, children's centres and grant applications will all be up for discussion when Kendal Neighbourhood forum meet this week.
The meeting, which will be held in the Council Chamber in the County Offices in Kendal, is open to all residents and is the perfect opportunity for local people to raise any concerns they have with councillors and service providers.
At this weeks meeting reports will be given on current local projects and recent meetings, including Kendal Lads & Lasses Club and Kendal Bus Users Forum, grant applications will be considered and a talk will be given from Jane Steventon from Children's Services.
Also residents will be given helpful tips about recycling and composting, as well as be given the opportunity to ask questions to community waste education officer, Katherine Smith, and a member of South Lakeland District Council's recycling team.
The meeting will be held on Wednesday (May 14) at 7pm.
