Neuro Partners are a specialist provider of rehabilitation services to individuals and their families affected by brain injury or a neurological condition.

We have served throughout the North of England and recently have been invited by statutory services to establish services in the Hexham and Allendale area, to establish provision to people trying to regain control of their lives and regain their place in the community. The information below demonstrates the growing need for such services, and Neuro Partners operates a model of delivery to provide an individual with a dedicated team that can consist of, depending on need, Rehabilitation Support Workers, Neuro Psychologists, Case Managers, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Occupational Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists; in fact Neuro Partners can provide any support someone needs to regain control of there lives and even return to work, following life changing injuries.

The Problem: However, Neuro Partners have started recruiting in the Kendal area for Support Workers and have come up short, more being needed if the service is to be successful and people in the area are to be supported.

We are bringing needed services to the area, as well as employment for people and investment. It is an appalling state of affairs when a company that currently employs over 120 staff in the North of England (on target for 200 + staff by the end of 2008).

This is a desperately needed service for the community, with this being recognised by statutory services, but without people wanting to join such a service, people who want to earn a living and make a difference to others, there is no hope of establishing a provision that will support individuals, families and communities.

We Need Your Help.

We need your help to raise this issue before it is too late and we are not able to establish the service long term that people desperately need in the Borders, which could remove the opportunities of employment, investment and local income generation.

We recruit Rehabilitation Support Workers on the basis of their personalities, great if they have experience but this is a specialist area of work, and therefore we are use to training and developing people, but having the right personality is essential, people need to want to make a difference.

We are specifically looking for staff now to help support a young man recovering from a head injury and needing support to live in Kendal!
