Next neighbourhood forum meeting in Dent

THE next meeting of Sedbergh and Kirkby Lonsdale Neighbourhood Forum will be held at Dentdale Memorial Hall on June 17 at 7pm.

An official from the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority will give an update on current issues, including available grant awards, and a representative of Dent Parish Planning Group will give a progress report on the parish plan, for which priorities have already been identified.

This neighbourhood forum is organised by Cumbria County Council in order to encourage communication between residents, service providers and councillors. The forums can give details about issues of interest to local people and give a chance to raise concerns and ideas for the area. The forum holds five public meetings a year and the public is welcome to attend.
