LANCAHIRE people are being urged to go online and use social media to give their views on NHS services.
A new Facebook group has been set up to give county residents their own digital voice on the issue.
Healthwatch Lancashire wants to encourage people to have their say and help influence change to their health and social care services.
The ‘Voice Box Online’ Facebook group is open to members of the public of all ages and backgrounds.
The organisation will take its ‘Voice Box’ on tour in a series of pop-up events.
Sheralee Turner-Birchall, chief executive of Healthwatch Lancashire, said: "This project aims to give a voice to local people.
“It is vitally important that the needs of differing communities and individuals are considered by those who run, commission and regulate health and social care services.
“Our Facebook group will form a crucial component of our community engagement.”
