THREE Morecambe flats by the seaside with tenants already paying healthy rents are going under the hammer in the next SDL Auctions North West auction in Manchester on December 12.
The flats are all in the same property at West End Road, and the auctioneers say they are "seeing a lot of interest" and they expect "some strong and competitive bidding on the day".
