MORE than £4,000 of jewellery has been stolen from a house in a daytime burglary.

Police are appealing for information after the burglary in Mile Lane, Longridge, on March 28.

At some point during the day, the suspect entered the house before searching through rooms and taking at least £4,000 of jewellery including expensive watches.

The occupant of the house was at home at the time of the offence.

Property taken includes three Pandora bracelets full with charms, a female Michael Kors rose gold watch, a silver Hugo Boss' watch, and a black Armani watch.

The suspect is believed to have approached the property from John Smiths playing fields and could have been watching the property for some time before entering.
