EDWARD Mason, chairman of Tatham Fells Old School Committee, opened the annual meeting, where committee members and officers were all re-elected.

Officers are: Edward Mason, chairman; Martin Knowles, vice-chairman; Carole Butcher, secretary; John Wilson, treasurer.

Mr Mason thanked all who had worked on the building and all who helped to keep the Old School running.

He also thanked the Village Society for its donations. Fees for the hire of the building and maintenance tasks for the coming year were discussed.

The next meeting of the committee will be on February 25, 2011.
