Hornby hold Mothers' Union meeting

SPEAKER at the Mothers’ Union meeting was the Rev Linda Maduskie, from Bolton-le-Sands, who talked about the seasons of Lent and Easter.

Members listened to two anthems on CD and members each reflected for a while on two pebbles from the sea shore.

Later, the pebbles were placed in front of a sacred cross together with blessings and thoughts.
