ENVIRONMENT minister Caroline Spelman opened the new-look Brockhole Visitor Centre at Windermere yesterday.
After arriving by boat at the Brockhole jetty, she met national park chiefs to cut a ribbon to officially open new exhibitions and an indoor education area.
The refurbishment also features new exhibitions, Best of British merchandise and an indoor ‘play and learn’ area.
