THE RENEWED spell of wintry weather South Lakeland has experienced over the last 24 hours is not set to last.
The severe weather warning, the whole of the North West was put on yesterday (Friday), has been reduced to an advisory warning today.
From tomorrow the Met Office has said there is no more snow expected in Cumbria, Lancashire and North Yorkshire.
Drivers have been advised to drive with caution after the sprinkling of snow which arrived late morning, on January 7.
