STAFF from Settle Co-op used plenty of elbow grease to help clean graffiti from a shelter in the town's Millennium Gardens.
Store manager, Alex Kirke, and community champion, Tim Cannon, joined resident Brian Woollard to clean and repaint the shelter.
Mr Woollard provided the generator, weedkiller and sanders to get the job done, while the materials were provided free by Settle DIY.
Mr Cannon said: "I knew the shelter had been an eyesore for some time and we were more than happy to step in and help. It shows what we can do when we work together as a community."
