THREE cavers were rescued from a Dales cave after being accidentally left underground on Saturday.
The cavers - a 19-year-old man, a 21-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman - were making their way from Leck Fell's Boxhead Pot to It’s a Cracker when they missed their way and were inadvertently overtaken by the de-rigging party.
The alarm was raised just before 6.30pm.
