MORE than 1,000 adults and children turned out for a traditional Bonfire Night in Bentham.
Held at the towns's auction mart, Bentham Bonfire included plenty to eat and drink, samba band Drum Machine and a spectacular firework display by Salford-based pyrotechnic company Walk the Plank.
MORE TOP STORIES:
Organisers believe around 1,300 people attended the community event, which has been held every year for the last three years following the setting up of a bonfire committee in the town in 2012, and with the continued support of Bentham Auction Mart.
All money raised by the event every year is poured back into the next year's bonfire.
It is supported by several volunteers, Bentham firefighters and this year received sponsorship from Angus Fire Ltd and Bentham Town Council.
