DETAILS of the Tour de Yorkshire Cycle Race, which will finish in Settle on the first of its three days, have been announced.
Stage one, on Friday, April 29, will see cyclists taking a 186km (115 miles) route from Beverley to Settle.
Thousands of people are expected to line the route, with high points expected to be the first King of the Mountain point at Greenhow Hill, at just after 3pm.

Riders are due to arrive in Grassington at 3.20pm and cross the finishing line in Settle for the first time at just after 4pm.
They will then complete a circuit through Giggleswick before completing the stage finale back at Settle at just before 4.30pm.
Stage two will see riders going from Otley to Doncaster (136km) and stage three from Middlesborough to Scarborough (198km).
