Not everyone has umbrella What a short-sighted letter from Roger Davies (Letters, July 2, 'Shelter not a priority') deploring the new bus shelter on Burneside Road at Kendal.
He may have an umbrella, but other users will not.
One bus an hour, by north Westmorland standards, is frequent, not sparse. Count your blessings.
