LETTER: River Kent needs clearing
River Kent needs clearing Going over Stramongate Bridge at Kendal and looking over to Gooseholme. I am amazed at how the river is almost blocked by growth and gravel.
Have we just to sit back until the heavens open and there is a flood, causing damage and distress to people?
