Three weekends ago I had a knock on my door and there was a lady whom I had not met before. She asked me if the wallet in her hand was mine?
Amazed and shocked, I realised that I had indeed lost my wallet when on a shopping trip to the Coop in Silverdale.
The wallet contained all the usual cards and my driving licence (hence my address), plus a large amount of notes ready to pay a large garage bill on Monday.
If this very honest lady reads this I would like to say a big 'thank you' and if she contacts me again I would like to more adequately thank her this time.
