LETTER: Why can we only comment on the details of the Kendal Market Place plan - not the whole concept?
AS a Kendal resident may I suggest that the public consultation on the Kendal Market Place Improvement Scheme would have been more democratic if the public had been allowed to decide if it should go ahead in the first place rather than just being allowed to tinker with the decorations?
Also, will the new ‘changing village’ at Kendal Leisure Centre include a church, village shop and a pub for the residents?
