The silver birches in Market Place being felled
The Market Place does not need enhancing, just a bit of maintenance. Delivery drivers have enough problems with allowed loads and time restrictions without having to negotiate round lighting columns and lumps of granite!
The places for events are K.Village and the brilliant Brewery.
I believe they are going to plant a tree in a tree pit to replace the silver birch trees.
In my view market place is no place for a tree trees need an eco - system and to be planted near other trees.
