I have to say that it made a change seeing The Lakeland Radio Stadium so full on Saturday. 1010 was The actual attendance against FC United, a fantastic turn out, which generated a brilliant atmosphere round the ground.

it's just ashame that Kendal didn't get a result, losing 2-1 was dissapointing. It was a game of 2 halves really, disruptions before kick off, with Osman failing a fitness test as well as missing Paul Byrne and Callum Warburton, i thought hindered the teams progress in the half.

But the 1st half was poor from Kendals perspective however you could argue that FC's 2nd goal was offside. But their were no complaints at half time as Kendal just had a bad half.

At the start of the 2nd half Ashy made some changes, bringing on Michael Cole and David Standley. This was a move which ignited the team into life as they started to raise their game.

Town got back in the match from the penalty spot, however after that they were unable to break through FC.

So overall frustration really, but Kendal need to bounce back, and they have a great chance on Tuesday night at Frickley. A physical side, and they always make it hard for Town, my hope is that Kendal can match them for physical agressive play and hopefully Kendal's football will be too much for them.

However it is a rough team too play, and Kendal are really going to have to dig deep on Tuesday night which I am sure they can do.

Overall the team can make the play off's, all they need now is a bit more consistency and if they can get that they stand a great chance.
