Reading last week’s Gazette, I see that on the one hand parents will be fined up to £120 for taking their children on family holidays during school term, and on the other hand a teacher strike will close schools as part of a national dispute between teaching unions and the government.
Will teachers be paid for the days they will be on strike?
Or will they be fined for not attending school during term time?
Anyone any ideas on that?
