The way the EU referendum is being conducted is a total disgrace and an affront to democracy. Whichever so-called expert you hear, the one word used most frequently is 'could', demonstrating that they actually have nothing concrete to offer.
Compare this to your correspondent Tim Baynes (Letters May 19, 'Nothing fishy about the EU') - this is exactly the kind of information we need, whether it be for Remain or Leave, not the scaremongering tactics being employed or the rather vague maybes trotted out with such relish.
This referendum is much more serious. We must get it right first time on June 23, unlike the party charade each General Election when we have only five years to endure before getting another chance.
For myself I ask the same question - If we do vote to leave can I see anyone at Westminster capable of forming a Government to lead this country to prosperity?
Answer that and you then know which way to vote next month.
