KENDAL Town's first game under new manager Steve Edmondson has been called off due to a frozen pitch.
The game at home to Eastwood Town was abandoned at 9.30am this morning.
Ambleside United's match against Burscough Richmond has also been called off, while a raft of other West Lancashire League and Westmorland League fixtures have also been postponed.
Kendal Rugby Club's trip to Billingham succumbed to the weather because of extensive flooding but hte second team's game at home to Millom is still on.
Kick off is due at 2.15pm.
Kirkby Lonsdale's game away to Widnes is also still on.
