Rugby – Kendal forwards rule in cup clash

New Brighton 17, Kendal 39.
Forward power bulldozed Kendal into the fourth round of the EDF Intermediate Cup.
The pack drove over four times and the backs added two more tries as Kendal gained revenge for an earlier defeat in North Division One.
It was a comprehensive performance which Kendal need to carry forward to next week's home match with Altrincham Kersal, the last match before the Christmas break.
