The Kendal and District Bowling League continued to provide drama and entertainment in what was another competitive round of action.

In Division One both Holme A and Victoria A remained in the battle for supremacy. Holme A lead the way by seven points after they defeated Holme's B Team 8-2, while Victoria A won by the same score after they eased past Burneside.

There was also some interesting results for the rest of the Division, as Bowness A and King Arms Hales A picked up 9-1 wins with victories over Levens A and Netherfield C respectively.

Windermere A defeated Lindale A 7-3, while Netherfield A ran out 6-4 winners over Netherfield B.

Burton A continued to lead the way in Division Two after they collected a 9-1 win over Lower Holker A.

Ambleside A won by the same score after they defeated Milnthorpe A, while there were also wins for Staveley A, Kirkby Lonsdale A, Allithwaite A and Subscription A.

In Division Three Lindale B defeated Endmoor A 8-2. While Ingleborough A won by the same score after they defeated Lower Holker B.

Windermere B saw off Hawkshead with a 9-1 win, there were also wins for Burton B and Sedbergh while both Ambleside B and Heversham A battled out a 5-5 draw.

Division Four continued to be competitive after Arnside B, Netherfield D and Windermere C won 7-3 with victories over King Arms Hales C, Victoria C and Allithwaite B.

Bowness B also claimed a big win after they edged to a 6-4 triumph at Crosthwaite B.

In Division Five Staveley B, Heversham B, Burneside C, Milnthorpe B and Windermere D picked up 7-3 wins, while Lower Holker C sauntered home to a 9-1 win over Ingleborough B.

Victoria D defeated Division Six Leaders Abbot Hall 7-3 as the gap at the top was reduced to 9 points. In the other games Subscription C saw off Subscription D 7-3, Holme D eased past Milnthorpe C 9-1,Heversham C won 8-2 at Endmoor C.

There were also wins for Bowness C and Allithwaite D.
